Injection molded thermoplastic shell. Lightweight aerodynamic shell with extra large eyeport for greater visibility. Three shell and four styro liner sizes provide a comfortable fit for youth. Allows for true 3X sizing. Dual density lightweight styro liner. Flow through ventilation system. Adjustable chin bar,forehead and front/side vortex vents. Two lower back venturi exhaust vents. Built-in neck roll exhaust vent. Anti-fog system. Adjustable front/side vortex vents with intake ports create a low pressure vacuum effect that draws heat and moisture out of the face shield area. Adjustable chin vent directs air upwards across the inside of the shield to help prevent fogging. Removable preformed air guard deflects breath away from the shield. Nylex interior liner with sewn-in top pad. Removable chin curtain. Wrap around neck roll reduce wind noise. Nylon strap retention band. DOT-218 and Snell M2000 approved. HJ-05 face shield(for adult sizes) with quick and easy tool-less shield removal and 8 position positive lock ratchet. HJ-03 face shield(for youth sizes) quarter turn quick release screws and 4 position positive lock ratchet. HJ-05 and HJ-03 face shields feature aerodynamic flush mounted fit, no side plates for reduce wind noise, scratch resistant coating, optically correct one piece design and 100% protection from harmful UV rays. Exceeds VESC-8.
